We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage will not qualify for exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange process unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.
