4. Exchange Policy & Charges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • In case of exchange, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges for sending the item back and receiving the replacement item.
