Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the fabric and cause colours to fade. Wash dark and light colours separately to prevent colour transfer. Dry the garment in the shade and avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve its original appearance. Iron on a low to medium heat setting if needed, and store the garment in a cool, dry place. Proper care will help keep your outfit looking fresh and elegant for years to come.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage will not qualify for exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange process unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders across Pakistan are delivered within 3–5 business days.
